The Pilshofer butcher’s shop in Münzbach (Upper Austria) is a family-run business with a focus on regional quality and traditional craftsmanship. As part of the modernisation of the business, a high-performance and energy-efficient refrigeration system was implemented in collaboration with M-TEC Kältetechnik. The solution combines modern refrigeration technology with intelligent heat recovery and PV-supported energy management.

Our solution: Integrated cooling and energy system with heat utilisation
- Cooling system: Efficient propane chiller with modern control system
- Heat recovery: Up to 30 kW/h thermal output at 50°C flow temperature
