INNOVATION FIREWORKS AT M-TEC: PRODUCT INNOVATIONS 2024 SET NEW STANDARDS
The Upper Austrian renewable energy pioneer M-TEC is expanding its product portfolio this year and positioning itself even more strongly as a full-service provider for sustainable energy solutions. Whether single-family homes, multi-storey residential buildings or commercial projects: M-TEC is becoming a comprehensive one-stop shop for renewable energy technologies.
The last few months have been characterised by intensive development work and the advancement of innovations. With the launch of the propane air heat pump and the Energy Hero, an electricity meter with integrated energy management, M-TEC is emphasising its pioneering role as a full-service provider.
From Hero to Heater, Charger and Wizard. One modular product system, many possibilities
The portfolio is complemented by the intelligent Energy Charger e-charging station and the Energy Heater consumption controller, which is infinitely variable up to 9 kW. Both products increase the energy self-consumption rate through the sensible utilisation of surplus energy and will be launched on the market in July. M-TEC rounds off its range with the Energy-Wizard – a 1- or 3-phase PV inverter from 3.6 to 25 kW. The large-scale storage solution Energy-Block, on the other hand, will have an adapted basic concept from the spring and offers a storage capacity of up to 327 kWh including an inverter output of up to 50 kW.

M-TEC heat pumps with propane:
Peak efficiency meets sustainability
By integrating propane technology into its heat pumps, M-TEC is setting new standards in terms of efficiency and environmental friendliness. The revised pumps achieve an outstanding SCOP (annual coefficient of performance) of 5.5. In addition to the existing series, M-TEC is expanding its model range to include an ECO heat pump and a booster heat pump.

Three in one: Complete solutions from a single source
As a developer, manufacturer and service partner, M-TEC offers a comprehensive modular system for renewable energies. With its in-house energy management system including APP, M-TEC gives its specialist partners access to an intelligently networked product package including innovative software solutions. “We not only want to make the implementation of integrated energy solutions possible, but also as simple as possible,” explains Peter Huemer. From the direct current meter with integrated energy management and the intelligent charging station to the photovoltaic inverter and the new heat pump: the company will be presenting its innovations at the IFH Intherm and Intersolar Europe trade fairs.
